The artificial snow generator is based on Flake Ice technolgy and driven by Solkav Snow Generating system to be configurated to the individual size and demand.

The machine is an integrated machine of:

REAL Artificial snow, whose quality equals to the nature, just produced indoor (+ 35° C outside, in the room +15° to +25° C) made possible by Solkav Powder Snow technology.

Ice for Ice Rink, Slide, or Ice Kart use (+ 35° C outside, in the room +15° to +25° C) in best quality and durablity.

Climate Air to produce the snow under right air conditions and keep it alive.

Climate

Dry air is necessary to produce and maintain good snow. A climate is also recommended for the ice area in order to avoid condensation from the ceiling.

The Snow, Ice and Climate Combox supplies the necessary dry air for snow production and maintenance. As an integrated part of the combo technology with UPGRADE for extra "dry" dehumidification, the artificial snow technology is suitable for very long distances between the technology and the snow area. The air can be used for the entire area. In order to avoid drops from the ceiling, we work with Mall Air, which filters air especially when the mall is switched off. The dehumidified air requires an air distribution duct system on the customer side.

Existing Air-Con systems can be integrated

The lay out is part of the engineering of the system for your individual demand and circumstances (climate, indoor air conditiions, size of snow machine and snow room, integration of Ice area, other rooms, etc.

Machine room concept

The technology can be supplied for indoor installation in modules or as an integrated container version (plug, play and MOVE again). The location of the technical room or the position of the container is quite variable thanks to SOLKV Powder Snow Technology!
