The Solkav PREMIUM boards are completely modular

to customize exactly to all requirements of the client for his fun board without extra cost:

PE whitened 8 mm – PC 8mm or more - The panels get in Standard delivered

Panel: aluminium mobile – steel for fixed board

The panels are for mobile use made form Aluminium 40 x 40 x 3mm.

Doors and gates are made from galvanized steel. For fixed installations the panels are made of galvanized steel.

Height: 1.00; 1.10 or more

Standard height: 102 cm, including handrail

For fixed installations we do inside 1,02; and outside just 0,97 heights to have ice level at outside walk level.

Corners and curves: 2.4; 3.82; 5.9 or individually defined

Edges or curves: in standard we offer edges, 2,4m radius, 3,82 or 5,9 m radius. Other radius or design can be defined without surcharge cost.

Guided Handrail technology: white, blue, oak – wood

Solkav has developed guided handrail technology.

This fix board and handrails perfectly fitting in curves, straight and edges.

In standard the handrail is 30 cm high; white or blue. Smaller handrails (12mm) or other colours are optional possible. We also offer oak made handrails for luxury design.

A bench system integrated in the boarding is possible. In this case we integrate the ice mats boxes into the boarding system.

Integrated Lighting

In the panels can be integrated LED lighting : pluggable, incl. Transformer and light colours to adapt.

For the paneling on the back, we have a mobile version for mobile ice rinks. It is often a pity that you have a super nice gang but no disguise on the back. The paneling can either be delivered pre-assembled, but in this case there are small cut-outs for the assembly of the band elements.

Or there is a mobile, dismountable solution; we work with special inlets to fix the outer panel easy and fast; many years. The same principle we use for the advertisement fixing system. For fixed boards it is same principle; but easier than the ice hockey double boarding. The backside panels are 6mm whitened PE. A special noise isolation can be integrated in the panels.
